The Clubhouse App does not collect personal data from the public. The Clubhouse app does collect data from employees, crew, and members for the internal purpose of operating the business and services.

The Clubhouse App does not include third-party analytics or tracking.

The Clubhouse App includes a link to a Contact/Inquiry form, which prompts for name, email, phone number, and harbors of interest. This information may be used by Barton and Gray and our partners for the purposes of marketing and sales. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The Clubhouse App includes Sign In With Apple, which makes your name and (optionally to you) your email available to the Club.
