Captains & Crew
Working for Barton & Gray aboard the yachts and at our Marinas requires a unique set of skills: Licensed yacht operation, a commitment to safety, 5 star customer service, and enthusiastic professionalism. We operate yachts in the finest harbors, islands, and resorts in the United States, with fascinating and demanding clientele - providing an opportunity to outfit some of the highest level yachting in the world.

Logistics & Concierge
At the core of the Club is the logistics and curation of our outings on the water. Each and every outing is a unique, and unforgettable experience for our Members requiring sophisticated coordination, and 5 star concierge planning. Our Logistics & Concierge Team is crafting amazing events each and every day throughout the country.
Marketing & Software Development
As both a lifestyle and digital brand, the Club maintains relationships with Members, crew, and partners through advanced communication and software strategies. From entertaining prospective Members to coordinating on-the-water activities, our digital platform underlies all of our IRL activities.
Management
As the Club grows, so does the complexity of running the business. Our diverse team managing the Club is both grown from within and recruited from the marketplace.
